Being a former frequent concert goer, the accident at the Indianapolis State Fair has really struck a chord with me. Watching the utube video, and witnessing those poor people run for their lives has made me stop and appreciate my own life, family and friends today.
I can only say a prayer for the lives lost and their families, as well as those critically injured or scarred mentally from watching that huge edifice fall to the demise of five(possibly more) individuals. My heart breaks for them.
For those of you that read my ramblings..........Last nights tragedy should be a lesson to us all. Don't take life for granted!!! YOU can be gone in an instant. Whether it happens to be a fluke weather event that brings down a large metal structure, or any accident that you happen to be in the path of..........it CAN happen!!!
Smell the roses, sing as loud as you can, adopt that puppy, be kind to people, share gratitude, follow your dreams, express yourself to the people you love. LIVE LIFE!!!! Don't wait until tomorrow..........because tomorrow may be the day you meet your maker.
